Sakarya University of Applied Sciences (SUBU) is a university that has been providing world-class education since its establishment. As SUBU Distance Education Research and Application Center (SUBUZEM), our main goal is to provide our students with a distance education platform where they gain and develop different skills such as self-learning, using new technologies, socializing and working in groups, questioning and critical thinking skills.

Within SUBU, education is carried out at associate, undergraduate and graduate level with 1 Institute, 6 Faculties, 1 College, 12 Vocational Schools. SUBUZEM continues its development with Graduate Distance Education Courses, Undergraduate Common Courses, Associate Degree Distance Education courses and Certificate Programs. With the SUBU Information Management System (IMS) and Distance Education Platform (LMS) we have developed, student-centered education and training services based on learning outcomes are provided.

In our training programs, where the quality and standards of our university are constantly observed, it is aimed for the participants to gain the necessary knowledge and skills by combining theoretical education with practical training and contributing to the career development of the participants.

In this context, our center organizes distance education programs, courses, seminars, and conferences at both national and international levels, as well as personalized training for public and private sector organizations, as well as individuals and institutions abroad in the areas they require. It also coordinates these activities and promotes the opportunities offered by our university in this field.
